Future residents, local families, council representatives, builders and project partners gathered  in Crescent Head to celebrate the completion of civil works and the official opening of the estate. Ribbon-cutting and Frank Scarf’s thank you to partners, council and local community rounded out ceremonial proceedings.

For many buyers, it was their first chance to experience the estate fully realised - with roads, footpaths, services, landscaping and the park all complete. People walked Banksia Drive, took in the views and spoke with our trusted building partners about bringing their visions for coastal living to life. Free coffee and a petting zoo in the new community park brought smiles to all ages. 

Land registration is imminent, allowing buyers to settle and move ahead with building. And momentum continues to grow, with February recording our strongest month of sales since launch.
