Habilis wins Urban Land Institute (ULI) 2026 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence
The result is in - Habilis Summer Hill has won the 2026 ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence, one of just 14 winners chosen from 49 entries across nine countries.
Professor Olav Nielssen travelled to Shanghai to accept the award on behalf of the board and project team. Since opening in May 2024, Summer Hill has run at full occupancy and generated millions of dollars in taxpayer savings.
