Working with award-winning practice DKO, Arissa has submitted plans for a luxury apartment complex with three street frontages and commanding views over Sydney Harbour and the CBD to the south. A mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment configurations includes affordable housing, a rarity for the area as Frank Scarf points out:
